This roofing project focused on restoring both the safety and longevity of the home while creating a healthier environment for the family inside. We removed the failing roof and old insulation, addressed extensive mold damage through thorough cleaning and remediation, and installed 8+ inches of spray foam insulation to provide a strong vapor barrier and improved energy efficiency. To complete the restoration, we installed new 5-rib metal roofing and finished the interior with new 2x8 tongue-and-groove boards carefully matched to the existing woodwork to preserve the character and warmth of the home.
