This project was about more than replacing a roof — it was about restoring and protecting a home for the family living beneath it. With 18 different starts, 8 valleys, and steep 10:12 and 15:12 pitches, the roof was extremely complex, but the focus remained on creating something safer, stronger, and more energy efficient. We removed the old shingles and overframe, opened the roof decking to remove outdated fiberglass insulation, and replaced it with 8+ inches of spray foam installed by Vertex. After re-sheeting the roof and installing full ice, water, and synthetic underlayment protection, we finished the project with new black 5-rib metal panels built to provide lasting durability and peace of mind for years to come.
